Applications for a permit to carry firearms in accordance with Minnesota State Statutes are available from the Hennnepin County Sheriff's Office.

Applications may be obtained at:

Hennepin County Sheriff's Office Room 6, Courthouse 350 S. 4th Street Minneapolis, MN 55415

Hennnepin County Sheriff's Patrol Division 9401 - 83rd Avenue North Brooklyn Park, MN 55443

Hennepin County Sheriff's Water Patrol Division 4141 Shoreline Drive Spring Park, MN 55384

Completed applications must be delivered in person to the Hennepin County Sheriff's Training Division, Grain Exchange Building, 400 S. 4th Street, Room 109, Minneapolis, MN, 55419. Permit fees are $100 cash (no checks or credit cards).
