During the winter, no on-street parking is allowed until streets are plowed from curb to curb. |

Dogs must be licensed and on the owner's property or under the owner's control at all times. Contact Spring Park City Hall to obtain a license application. |

Open burning is restricted by city ordinance and state statue. Under certain circumstances, a burning permit may be issued. Contact the City to obtain a permit for any planned open burning. |

Because of the damage caused by overweight vehicles to city streets, the Police Department enforces state statutes pertaining to overwieght vehicles and aggressively enforces spring road restrictions. See the Department of Transportation website for specific information relating to weight restrictions. |

Snowmobile operation is permitted with some restrictions. Persons considering operating on public roadways should contact city hall for specifics. |

There are rules and regulations that control solicitors, peddlers and transient merchants. The Police Department will actively enforce these regulations. Please contact the OPD immediately if you have concerns or problems with solicitors. |

Docks and boat lifts shall be permitted provided they are operated and maintained solely for the use of the occupants of dwellings on the premises and not for the use or benefit of others or as a commercial enterprise or for a service fee. |
